• Order Data: Tree order metadata you optionally send to us (limited to 64KB as per API validation).
• Technical Data: Logs and diagnostics to operate the service and improve reliability.

How We Use Information

• Provide and secure your account and API access (Bearer token authentication).
• Process orders and generate monthly invoices for trees planted.
• Prevent abuse and investigate incidents.
• Communicate service updates and respond to support requests.

Data Retention

We retain account, order, and invoice records for as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes and legal obligations. Order metadata is stored as provided. You can request deletion of your account subject to billing and legal constraints.

Security

We implement industry-standard security controls. API access requires a valid API key sent via the Authorization header. Sensitive credentials are stored securely. We also monitor and log errors for reliability.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the EU. We use EU-based invoicing in EUR and work with certified partners for fulfillment.
