These Terms govern your access to and use of Waldonia's Tree Planting API, dashboard, and related services.

Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate registration information and secure your account.
• API access requires a valid API key transmitted via the Authorization header using the Bearer scheme.
• You are responsible for all activity performed using your API keys and accounts.

Orders and Cancellations

• Each order represents a request to plant trees. The total amount is calculated at €1.00 per tree.
• Orders can be cancelled only while in the "ordered" state and within the same calendar month as creation, and only if they have not been invoiced.
• Cancellation requests are performed via the DELETE /api/v1/orders/:id endpoint.
• We may cancel orders for administrative reasons where appropriate.

Billing and Payment

• Pricing is fixed at €1.00 per tree, with billing in EUR.
• Invoices are issued monthly for all trees planted in the previous month.
• Payment is by bank transfer as indicated on the invoice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse the API, attempt to circumvent security, or exceed reasonable usage.
• Do not submit unlawful or harmful metadata. Metadata size is limited to 64KB.

Availability and Changes

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with notice where reasonable.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waldonia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union member state where Waldonia is established.
